Build your own workout plan
Add as many training days as your week has, then fill each one:
- Exercises from the library, in the order you lift them
- Sets and reps, or a time or distance for holds and cardio
- Rest between sets, exercise by exercise
- Supersets: two or more moves back to back, with the rest after the round
Start from a library plan and change it, or start from scratch. Either way it's yours to edit whenever your week changes.

Add exercises the library doesn't have
The library has 580+ exercises, each with a video, the steps and the common mistakes. For the machine only your gym has, create up to 30 exercises of your own, with a photo or video, the muscles it works and the equipment it needs, and use them in any plan.

Send it to your training partner
- Share a link or QR codeFrom any plan in the app.
- They read it in the browserEvery day, exercise, set and rep, no app needed to look.
- They save their own copyIn GymVim, with your custom exercises included. Their edits never touch yours.

05
Then train it
Open a day and every set is ready, with last session's weights and reps filled in. Plans meet real gyms, so the workout bends while you're in it: swap an exercise when the machine is taken, reorder, pair moves into a superset or add warm-up sets.
Good to know
- Can I build my own workout plan?
- Yes. Add your training days, pick exercises from the library or your own, and set the sets and reps (or a time or distance), the rest and any supersets. You can keep up to 5 plans in the app at once, library plans you start included.
- Can I add an exercise that isn't in the library?
- Yes. Create up to 30 exercises of your own, with a photo or video, the muscles it works and the equipment it needs, and use them in any plan.
- Can I share a plan with someone who doesn't use GymVim?
- Yes. The link opens in any browser and shows every day, exercise, set and rep. To train with it they install GymVim and save their own copy, and your custom exercises come with it.
- If I change a plan someone sent me, does theirs change?
- No. Saving a shared plan gives you your own copy, so your edits stay yours and theirs stay theirs. The link itself always shows the sender's current version.
- Is the workout planner free?
- Yes. Planning, building, sharing and logging your workouts are all free, with no ads.
