Switching from JEFIT
A Free JEFIT Alternative With Video on Every Exercise
JEFIT's library is huge, but its exercise videos and its watch app are part of Elite, and the free plan shows ads. GymVim puts a video, the steps and the common mistakes on every one of its 580+ exercises, and its watch apps are free. No ads.

Where JEFIT is better
- A far bigger library: 1,400+ exercises against GymVim's 580+.
- Automatic one-rep-max estimates for every exercise. GymVim doesn't estimate 1RM yet.
- Adaptive AI plans built around your goal, level and equipment, for when you'd rather not pick a plan yourself.
Switching from JEFIT
GymVim can't import your JEFIT history yet, so keep JEFIT for your old logs.
Pick one of the 70+ plans, or rebuild your routine as a plan of your own, and log your next workout in GymVim. Last session's weights fill in from there on.
