Sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen). “GymVim” is a business name used by the person named above. It isn't a company, a partnership, or a legal entity in its own right.

04 · Register entry

None. There's no commercial register (Handelsregister) entry, because a small trader under § 1 (2) HGB isn't required to have one.

05 · VAT

No VAT identification number pursuant to § 27a of the German VAT Act (UStG) has been issued.

06 · Responsible for content

Responsible for the editorial content of this website pursuant to § 18 (2) MStV: the individual named in section 01, at the address given there.

07 · Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

08 · Liability for content & links

We're responsible for our own content on these pages under general law, as § 7 (1) DDG puts it. What §§ 8 to 10 DDG add is that we're not obliged to monitor third-party information passing through or stored here, or to go hunting for signs of unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block content under general law still stand; liability just starts from the moment a specific infringement is actually known about, and anything like that gets taken down promptly.

This site links out to other people's websites, and we have no influence over what's on them. Whoever runs a linked page is responsible for it. They were checked when the links were added and nothing unlawful was apparent at the time. Watching them permanently, with no concrete reason to, isn't reasonable, but tell us about a problem and the link goes.

The content and works on this site, and the GymVim apps, are protected by German copyright law. Copying, adapting, distributing or otherwise exploiting them beyond what copyright law allows needs written permission from the author. Downloads and copies of this site are fine for private, non-commercial use. §11 of the Terms of Service has the longer version.
